XRAE Creators

Terms of Use

Effective: 30 April 2026

These terms apply to anyone accessing XRAE Creators, the internal operations platform of XRAE Creators ("XRAE", "we"), at hub.xraecreators.com. XRAE Creators is private, invite-only software intended for use by XRAE staff and by creators contracted with the agency. There is no public account creation. By accessing the Hub you accept these terms; if you do not, do not access the Hub.

1. Eligibility and access

2. Permitted use

You may use the Hub only:

3. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

4. Confidentiality

Information accessible through the Hub — including creator earnings, subscriber records, chat content, contracts, and operational data — is confidential. You agree to keep it confidential, to use it only for authorised purposes, and to return or destroy any copies on request or on termination of your access.

5. Intellectual property

The Hub software and the XRAE brand are the property of XRAE Creators. Content uploaded by creators or XRAE staff remains the property of its rightful owner; each user grants XRAE a licence to host and process that content as necessary to operate the platform and the underlying management relationship.

6. Third-party services

The Hub integrates with DocuSign (electronic signatures), Stripe (payments), DigitalOcean (hosting and object storage), Resend (transactional email), and similar service providers. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms; XRAE is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

7. Service availability

The Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. XRAE does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the platform online and to recover from outages, but we accept no liability for incidental downtime, data-sync delays from upstream platforms, or third-party service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XRAE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Hub. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount paid (or, where no payment applies, the value of services rendered) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

XRAE may suspend or revoke access at any time for breach of these terms, breach of an underlying contractual relationship, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability) remain in effect after termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Hub after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
